Hello people.

I have a serious problem in Korsakow that is making me a little worried.

I have a K-Movie which was developed during a workshop. The project is completely ready and has a debut scheduled for next Monday the 10th.

When I run the project that has been exported to my computer, locally, everything works perfectly.

However, when i upload all files via ftp to my server, and watch the online version, the subtitles do not appear.

Can anyone give a hint about what's going wrong?

Hi,

 

It seems like your project didn't upload completely. When I try to access http://www.doctela.com.br/oart…../Intro.srt it can't find the file. Could you please double check that the file is there?

Hi Dreisch

All files were OK, I was told by my programmer that it could be some problem related to the MIME internet standart.

I contacted my hosting service (a service here in Brazil), and asked them to create a permission type MIME.srt.

It took a few days, but it worked, and since yesterday the project is online, anyway a huge thank you for your attention.

So it is a tip for those who may encounter the same problem.
