Hi Guys

I'm doing a project here in Korsakow and have noticed a problem.

In some videos I`m not getting success to set the time for out keywords.

I thought it could be a codec issue, but all videos are exported in the same settings, and in some of them I`m able to determinate the time for each out keywords. In others even the playback display don`t works properly, showing no timecode.

Someone had the same problem? Or any tip about this?

I ended up solving the problem.
I was doing all the conversion of video in Adobe Media Encoder, and was giving this error in many videos.
I switched to Apple's Compressor and apparently everything is OK.

So it`s a tip for those who may eventually encounter the same problem.

We'd be interested to know the details of how your original video was encoded – if you could email a small (10-30 second) clip even better – so we could look into fixing the problem.
