Hello friends I spent a lot of energy trying to figure out what was happening with my subtitles, however, in the end I realized something quite silly. The subtitles do not appear when you publish a "draft for web", but it functions normally when doing the export project.
One observation is that in my Korsakow, subtitles are not imported into the software, but when i use the Get Info, they workg.
Can you take a look at the tutorials at http://korsakow.org/learn/tutorials, specifially the one for subtitles. It demonstrates how to setup subtitles in your project.
If the problem persists, you could send us a sample of your project (KRW and SRT files only) and we could see what is going on.
Also please make sure you are using the latest version of Korsakow, many bugs were fixed.
